the S&P 500, the overall price-to-earnings of the S&P 500, again... it is actually more overvalued compared to historical norms and expected growth rate than the QQQ, which is kind of raises some yellow flags for me as well

this is the standard and pores 500 ETF trust by State Street... this has been a ever rising trend in stock values okay with a few interruptions along the way... the dividend has been very very consistently rising. It's very very predictable.

the stock market, if you measure it by the index itself, looks way overvalued, but it's dominated by 10 stocks that are probably the most overvalued... I wouldn't be buying the S&P index today.

Moynihan, JP Morgan has been another strong performer. We were able to buy it at a very attractive valuation. We held it through yesterday's close. It's averaged almost 16% a year and paid about 7,000.

Which is just a tad below the 15 fair value PE, now we see that it's in value.

Look at Adobe. Look what's happened to Adobe in recent years. And now this is a pure growth stock. This really coming down into fair value and it's more growthy, doesn't pay any dividends, but it's value. There's gold mines in here.

profitability of Amazon has not been very good... there was a lot of times where they had negative earnings... free cash flow generation has been abysmal.

Boeing does not have the fundamentals that I'm looking for as an investor. This company, if I look at the max time frame, had some good fundamentals for a long period of time. Then they ran into all this problems where their earnings completely disappeared. The stock initially

look how highly valued this stock is. Why would I want to invest in this stock at this crazy valuation? I wouldn't buy this stock on my own. Why do I want to buy it in an index?

When you see a 4% earnings yield, you're going to come into a situation where you have a company that's overvalued, but it's not as crazy as some of the ones I showed you before.

Nike was trading up here at these ludicrous valuations, and they didn't really have the earnings to support that. They had one really good year, and of course we've seen this dramatic drop in the stock price.

This makes Supermicro look very, very inexpensive. But keep in mind, it's also a very volatile stock as you can see with the price and it doesn't pay a dividend.

Tesla, very volatile stock, very highly valued, has an earnings yield of less than 1/2 of 1%. So, it's very, very expensive relative to the company's earnings.
